Shipping & Return

We treat every order with great care and strive to provide clear and transparent communication. Please read the following information to learn how we can assist you and ensure your satisfaction with your new purchase.

Note: Once your order is transferred to the designated courier service, Francis Deschamps Art will not be responsible for any mishandling, late or unsuccessful delivery, or damages incurred post-delivery. Kindly be reminded that we do not operate the courier service and we have no control over the handling or delays of your package during transit. Nonetheless, we will do our utmost to help you with tracking your package, so please do not hesitate to contact us or send us a direct message on Instagram @francis_deschamps_art for any shipping-related concerns.

Local & International Shipping

We primarily use Canada Post for both local and international shipping. 

The shipping fee is calculated according to the size and weight of the item/s after it has been packed. The client is responsible for paying the shipping cost, except in cases where there are promotions, discounts, or returns due to the wrong item being delivered.


The purchase of any original or commissioned painting is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

To cancel a non-custom order, you must inform us within the first 24 hours of placing the order so that we can cancel the item before packaging and shipping.

Wrong Item

If you have received an incorrect item, please take photos of it on the day it arrived and send them to us. After we have verified the error, we will provide a refund once we receive the item(s) back at the studio. Please note that this policy does not apply to commissioned pieces.
